1. Dispatch
Whilst we endeavour to keep all our products in stock this will not always be the case, if an order is placed for an item that is not currently in stock you will be notified immediately and given a date for despatch, you will also be given the option of a refund if the timescale exceeds your expectations. Items that are in stock will be dispatched within two working days and will then arrive the following working day, delivery will be by courier.
2. Pricing
Prices do not include postage and packaging, this will be added on to your total at checkout, please check all amounts before confirming your purchase.
3. Guarantee
All turf comes with a 5 year manufacturers guarantee.
4. Creases
When rolled or folded the turf will crease. On delivery of turf un-fold and lay out on a flat surface, once installed creases will reduce on a daily basis and this can be helped by brushing the surface. If creases are present this does not constitute a fault with the product.
5. Cancellations and Returns
If on delivery you deem your purchase to be defective you must contact us within 5 working days of delivery to arrange collection. A collection charge will be made for anything other than defective/faulty goods. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (applicable to internet sales only) you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after you have received the goods. Cancellation must be notified to us in writing at either 14a Moorcroft Mews, High Street, Saltney, Chester, CH4 8SH or to info@hitechturf.co.uk. A full refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation, less any costs incurred by us for collection. Please re-package all items to the standard they were received in.
6. Jurisdiction
The Contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
