One of the many benefits of installing an artificial golf green is the reduced maintenance. Below is a comparison of the maintenance required for a real grass green against that required for an artificial green.

12 months maintenance for an artificial green:

• Drag brush - monthly
• Brushed/clean - weekly
• Possible sand re-fill - annual

12 months maintenance for a real golf green:

• Cutting 4mm - 6mm 3/4 times per week
• Dew/debris removal - daily
• Fertiliser treatments - quarterly
• Fungicide treatment / pesticide / herbicide when needed
• Scarify / aeration - annually
• Watering - spring/summer
